In the end it always turns out happily...

This duet art song "A Lover and a Princess," tells a story of whispered promises "once upon a time."

This song written by the talented Mary Kay Aufrance, accompanied in a duet with the smooth vocal harmonies written by Tom Aufrance, unfolds a melodic picture moon-kissed nights, where the prince of a man promises, "Don't you worry. You can be the princess." And the lovers' fantasy unfolds from there.

An eagle and a white dove soar together, their wings brushing each other's eternity. In dreamtime, they find solace, their hearts beating in sync. And when the moonlight casts its silvery glow, they lie side by side in moonglow.

It's more than a fairy tale. It's destiny written in stardust. The lover and the princess are two halves of a cosmic whole. So close your eyes, let the melody carry you, and believe in happily ever after.

May "A Lover and a Princess" enchant your heart!

Lyrics to "A Lover and a Princess"

performed together.

Once upon a sometime, a lover and a princess.
Don't you worry, you can be the princess.

Once upon a lifetime, a singer, and a dancer.
You were calling out to me, the answer.

In the end it always, turns out happily.
That's the way that we were meant to be, I guess.

Once upon a dreamtime, an eagle, and a white dove.
You were flying high with me, in dream love.

Once upon a night time, the moonlight, and a shadow.
You were lying next to me, in moonglow.

In the dream, when you were, flying high with me,
I could see that it's the way we're meant to be.

A lover, and a princess.

Performed by Tom Aufrance: vocals, guitar and bass guitar; and Mary Kay Aufrance, vocals, accordion and video
